        without technology being a barrier for them.
        With "Professnow" platform we belive we can empower every users and professionals around the world to easily
        connect and book their service needs. We have built this platform as a community of true market place which is
        completely free and does not ask any commission or subscription fee.
        Our platform allow users and professionals to deal directly with each other without having a single restrictions
        with complete transparency.

    <h2>Professnow application operates in two ways</h2>
    <h4>Customers application:</h4>
    <ul>
        <li>Customers can use this app for all professional services. From in-house services like plumber, cleaner,
            gardener, babysitter to professional services like CA, Lawyers, Doctors, Teachers and many more</li>
        <li>Users can download the app from playstore or come to the web platform anytime and search and book services
            based on their requirements.</li>
        <li>The users can see the profile, fee and ratings of their service providers/professionals and analyse.</li>
        <li>Once they select a service providers/professionals, they can send a booking request based on preferable date
            and time.</li>
        <li>After finishing the booking request, users will get the booking confirmation within 15 minutes from the
            service providers.</li>
        <li>After completion of the service, customers will get feedback and rating form. Where you can share your
            experience with the provider to help other community members.</li>

    <h4>Service Provider/Professional application:</h4>
    <ul>
        <li>Being a service provider it allows you to register yourself with quick and easy options like Phone no (OTP
            Enabled) and Mail ID.</li>
        <li>Our application is user friendly and easy to access and understand features</li>
        <li>You can add you services hourly, monthly or project base charges</li>
        <li>When the customer will book your service, you will get the notification immediately which you can accept or
            reject.</li>
        <li>If the service provider accepts the booking request, both the customer and the service provider will get
            notified and they may talk to each other with the available phone number for better co-ordination on the
            required service.</li>
        <li>Service Provider/Professional can set their availability.</li>
        <li>They can respond to feedback/customer reviews.</li>
        <li>Zero commission and zero subscription fee. Professnow is completely free for all the community members.</li>
