Follow these steps to access your MHN dashboard with ease!

Where Can You Log In?

You can log into MyHospitalNow via:

Web Browser: Go to www.myhospitalnow.com and click “Login”.
Mobile App: Download the MHN app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

1️⃣ Logging In as a Hospital User

Hospitals use MHN to manage their profiles, update specialties, list available doctors, and allow patient bookings.

Step 1: Open the Login Page

1️⃣ Visit MyHospitalNow’s official website or open the mobile app.
2️⃣ Click on “Login” and select “Hospital” as your account type.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

✔️ Enter your registered email address and password.
✔️ Click “Login” to proceed.

Step 3: Verify Your Login (If 2FA is Enabled)

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, MHN will send a one-time verification code (OTP) to your:
📧 Registered Email or Mobile Number.

Enter the OTP and click “Verify” to access your Hospital Dashboard.

What Can You Do After Logging In?

✔️ Update hospital profile → Add location, specialties, and contact details.
✔️ List available doctors → Allow patients to find and book appointments.
✔️ Manage patient interactions → Accept and process online appointments.

2️⃣ Logging In as a Doctor

Doctors use MHN to schedule appointments, access patient history, and offer consultations.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

1️⃣ Open the MHN website or mobile app.
2️⃣ Click “Login” and select “Doctor” as your role.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Details

✔️ Email or Mobile Number
✔️ Password

If you are associated with multiple hospitals, select the hospital you want to access.

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)

If 2FA is enabled, enter the OTP received via email or SMS.

✅ Once logged in, you can:

• View your upcoming appointments & schedules
• Check patient medical history & prescriptions
• Communicate with patients via chat or video calls

3️⃣ Logging In as a Patient

Patients log in to book doctor appointments, view prescriptions, and access health records.

Step 1: Open the Login Page

1️⃣ Visit MyHospitalNow’s login page or open the mobile app.
2️⃣ Click “Login” and select “Patient” as your account type.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

✔️ Email Address / Phone Number
✔️ Password

Patients can also choose “Login via OTP” for a password-free experience.

✅ After logging in, you can:
✔️ Find and book doctors
✔️ View your past medical history
✔️ Download prescriptions & lab reports

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Here’s how to fix common issues:

Issue	Solution
Forgot Password?	Click “Forgot Password”, enter your email, and reset via email link.
Incorrect Password?	Make sure Caps Lock is off and try again.
Didn’t Receive OTP?	Wait 30 seconds, check spam folder, or click “Resend OTP”.
Multiple Failed Attempts?	Your account might be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes before retrying.
Error Loading Page?	Clear browser cache or try another device.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Extra Security

To protect your account, MHN allows you to enable 2FA.

How to Set Up 2FA

1️⃣ Go to Account Settings → Security.
2️⃣ Click “Enable Two-Factor Authentication”.
3️⃣ Choose SMS OTP or Authenticator App.
4️⃣ Save the backup codes in case you lose access.

Enabling 2FA ensures extra security for your account!

How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? Reset it in four easy steps:

Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password”

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”

Step 2: Enter Your Email or Mobile Number

✔️ Submit your registered email or phone number.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

📧 Check your email/SMS for a reset link or OTP.

Step 4: Set a New Password

✔️ Enter a strong password and confirm it.
✔️ Click “Reset Password” to save changes.

Try logging in again using your new password!
