️Hospital Registration (For Administrators & Owners)
If you are an administrator, you must register your hospital first before managing doctors and patient bookings.
Step 1: Visit the Signup Page
1️⃣ Go to MyHospitalNow’s website official website.
2️⃣ Click on “Sign Up” → Select “Hospital registration” as your account type.
If you have multiple hospital branches, select “Multi-Branch Hospital” to manage all locations under one account.
Step 2: Enter Hospital Details
Basic Information Required
- Hospital Name
- Hospital Type (Government, Private, Multi-Specialty, Clinic, etc.)
- Accreditations & Licensing (e.g., NABH, JCI, ISO Certification)
- Hospital Registration Number (Mandatory for regulatory compliance)
Location & Contact Information
- Complete Address (City, State, Country)
- Official Email & Contact Number
- Emergency Helpline & 24/7 Services Availability
Departments & Specialties
- List specialized departments (e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gynecology).
- Hospital Services (e.g., Surgery, Radiology, ICU, Pharmacy, Lab Testing).
Working Hours & Facilities
- Specify operating hours, doctor availability, and emergency services.
- Add ambulance, pharmacy, blood bank, and telemedicine support.
Step 3: Set Up Administrator Details
The hospital admin will manage all operations in MHN.
Fill in the details:

✔️ Designation (e.g., Director, CEO, IT Manager, Medical Superintendent)
✔️ Official Email & Mobile Number
✔️ Security Contact (Alternative Email for Recovery)
Step 4: Create a Secure Login
Choose a strong password (must include uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
Accept Terms & Conditions to comply with hospital data privacy policies.

Step 2: Provide Professional Information

2️⃣ Enter your full name, gender, and date of birth.
3️⃣ Provide a valid email address and phone number.
Step 2: Add Health & Emergency Details
To get better medical care, add:

✔️ Ongoing Medications
✔️ Emergency Contact (Family/Friend Details)
Insurance Users: Upload your health insurance card (Optional).
